Shipping policy

We ship to the continental United States. Residents who place an order outside the continental United States will be refunded. Some items are eligible for international shipping.

Shipping is free. We ship from the USA, Canada, and Italy. Processing time is 2-5 business days for non-personalized products, 2-3 weeks for personalized items. A tracking number will be provided to the email address given at checkout. Estimated shipping time for non-personalized items is 1-2 weeks for United States addresses.

Some large orders will arrive in separate shipments with corresponding tracking numbers. Thanks for your patience and understanding.
