Refund policy
Open the chat icon on the bottom left hand side of the screen to message us for return instructions. Returns sent back without messaging us first will be denied a return. Returns with photographic evidence are accepted within 7 days after delivery only if:
1) the order contains a manufacturing defect,
2) the order was damaged during shipping,
3) the order fails to match the item description due to listing error, or
4) nondelivery.
Orders not delivered or missing after a tracking number confirms delivery must provide video/surveillance evidence substantiating nondelivery on the date and time of the delivery to process a refund.
After verification, we will either: offer a replacement or issue a partial/full refund in the form of store credit.
All other returns except personalized made-to-order products are accepted within 30 days after delivery and will be charged a 20% processing fee. Thanks for your patience and understanding.
