Shipping & Returns


Shipping is offered ONLY to the continental United States.

Some large orders will arrive in separate packages with corresponding tracking numbers.

Send an email first if you're having issues with your order for return instructions. DO NOT sent back returns without contacting us first. Returns with photographic evidence are accepted within 3 days of delivery ONLY if:

1) the order contains a manufacturing defect,

2) the order was damaged during shipping, OR

3) the order fails to match the item description due to listing error.

Orders not delivered or missing after a tracking number confirms delivery must provide video/surveillance evidence substantiating nondelivery on the date and time of the delivery to process a refund within 7 days of delivery confirmation.

After evidence verification, the seller will either: offer a replacement, issue a partial or full refund to the buyer in the form of store credit, or deny issuing a refund.

No other returns are accepted, no exceptions.
